Fire Department To Replace Damaged Truck

Facing a huge repair bill, the Kirkwood Fire Department has decided instead to replace its aerial platform truck. The vehicle struck a downed power line, frying its entire computer system along with a network of internal wiring, and melting some cross members in the telescoping support apparatus for the truck’s aerial platform.
